These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ministry of German Club Dhaka's Website.
Personal Data
Transfer
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent and submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
Security
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
License
Unless otherwise stated, German Club Dhaka and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on German Club Dhaka. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from German Club Dhaka for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from German Club Dhaka
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from German Club Dhaka
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from German Club Dhaka
- Redistribute content from German Club Dhaka
Reservations Policy:
- Reservations are taken only up to 30 days in advance.
- Table Booking Times are as follows:
- 7.30 am to 12.00 pm (Breakfast)
- 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm (Lunch)
- 4.00 pm to 10.30 pm (Dinner)
- Dress Code: Casual or Smart Casual.
Payment Policy:
- Payments can be made online or at the club (by cash / credit card).
- We accept Visa and Mastercard payments.
- Groups of 10 or more guests are required to select a set menu. You may choose from the options provided, or work with the reservations team to tailor a menu to your preference. If any member of your group has any food allergies do let our team know in advance. Any tailored menu should meet our minimum rate per person. While additional dishes can be ordered on the day of your visit, items included in the menu cannot be reduced or removed once confirmed.
- A 50% advance payment of the total set menu price will be charged in advance as a reservation guarantee for groups above 11 people. The balance payment may be settled by cash or credit card at the end of the meal.
- Please note, we cannot prepare individual bills; only one bill per group booking. However, alcoholic beverages/wine may be requested on a separate bill, upon ordering.
Refund Policy:
- 100% refund of the advance payment will only be provided for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the time of reservation.
- 50% refund of advance payment will only be provided for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the time of reservation.
- If the group does not arrive within 15 minutes of the seating time, the club has the right to release the table and the advance payment will not be refunded.
- In the event of a no-show, the club is entitled to keep the advance payment.
